
FREMONT – Deadlines for the November 3rd General Election are closing in. Make sure you are informed and ready to vote this election to make your vote count!
Registering to Vote
The deadline to register to vote through the mail is October 16. The registration must be postmarked on or before this date to be valid.
The deadline to register to vote in person is October 23. The Dodge County Courthouse will be open until 6 pm on October 23 to help those who can not make it during the regular hours.

Early Voting (Absentee)
Early voting, in-person began on October 5. You can request to vote early, in-person until 4:30 pm on November 2.
To early vote by mail, application requests must be submitted and received no later than October 23 at 6 pm.
Early voter ballots began being sent out on September 28.
The mail-in ballot must be received no later than 8 pm, on the day of the General Election, November 3.

Drop-Box Option
You can also drop off your early voter applications and ballots in the drop-box located at your local county clerk’s office before the above deadlines.
The Dodge County Courthouse has two drop-box locations. One located inside the courthouse near the front entrance and the other is located in the alley between the Dodge County Courthouse and Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
Voting on General Election Day
The polls will be open from 8 am – 8 pm in Dodge County on November 3.
