FREMONT- On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at approximately 11:40 pm, Clayton J. Gieselman, 19, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of Disturbing the Peace after a complaint was received in the 2600 block of north Laverna Street.
Complainants told Fremont Police there was a vehicle with its headlights off following bicyclists.
Gieselman was observed in the area and operating a motor vehicle matching the description of the vehicle as provided by witnesses. Gieselman is accused of engaging in the reported activity as a prank.
