Maurices Donates $5K to Fremont Health Foundation for PPE Purchases

FREMONT – Methodist Fremont Health, through the Fremont Health Foundation, was the recipient of a significant financial gift from the Maurices corporate office to fund the purchase of personal protective equipment that will help keep MFH employees healthy during the pandemic.
“On behalf of Maurices, we extend our full gratitude for all you are doing on the frontlines to support those who are suffering from COVID-19,” said George Goldfarb, President and CEO for Maurices. “We recognize that Methodist Fremont Health is made up of amazing healthcare heroes who are entirely focused on saving lives and helping people heal during this pandemic. You are a precious and valuable resource.”
Maurices sent a check for $5,000.00 to the Fremont Health Foundation to help fund the purchase of masks, respirators, gowns and other PPE items that will help doctors, nurses and staff at the hospital continue to provide care during the pandemic. “We are pleased to offer you this check for $5,000.00 so that Fremont Health Foundation can purchase essential supplies to help protect frontline healthcare workers in the fight against COVID-19,” said Goldfarb.
