At about 2:57 on Friday afternoon, Fremont police responded to the 400 block of North Howard Street in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers had contact with Dennis L. Ghostbear, 58, who is homeless. Ghostbear continued his disruptive behavior and was arrested for disorderly conduct.
