The Horizon Biofuels building is being torn down less than a year after an explosion killed three people.
The blast on July 29, 2025, killed Dylan Danielson and his daughters Hayven and Fayeah. Authorities said combustible dust caused the explosion.
Recently, Hayven’s mother filed a lawsuit against Horizon Biofuels alleging the company was negligent in preventing the dust from accumulating and failed to make sure the proper equipment functioned to prevent any issues following previous complaints.
