Jeff Conrad will be the featured speaker during a Military Appreciation Month presentation set for 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Hitchcock Humanities Center/Criss Auditorium in Bellevue.
Conrad, a Senior Chief Petty Officer, U.S. Navy (retired) is the Commander of American Legion Post 211 in Elkhorn. The Schuyler native will be speaking on the responsibilities of military service and the long‑term impact service has on individuals, families, and communities.
The free, public event is sponsored by Bellevue University’s Military Veteran Services Center (MVSC).
