Fremont police were dispatched at about 5:14 Friday night to the 200 block of North Platte Avenue for a disturbance involving a threat with a gun.
The subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Timothy A. Rudder, 41, of Fremont for terroristic threats and use of a weapon (firearm) to commit a felony.
