At 10:11 Sunday morning, Fremont police responded to an accident in the 300 block of North C Street.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of Ever I. Avelar-Paz, 22, of Fremont for driving under the influence, driving during revocation, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.
