At about 12:34 this morning, Fremont police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of West 10th Street.
Officers determined the complaint to be valid, resulting in the arrest of Jacob L. Matter, 32, of Fremont for domestic assault and child abuse neglect/no injury.
