A Fremont man was arrested for disorderly conduct Wednesday morning.
Police responded to a call at about 10:10 a.m. to a business in the 400 block of West 23rd Street. The caller advised there was a man in the bathroom and they were unable to wake him.
Efforts to wake the individual were finally successful. It was determined he was not suffering from a medical condition. Jorge RL Rios, 21, was resulted following the investigation.
