Fremont Police were busy last night and early Thursday morning. Wednesday morning, at 9:32 am, Officers had contact with Keiden R. Sovey, 21 of Fremont, who had active warrants for his arrest. Drugs were located during his arrest. He was jailed on the warrants and also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Early this morning , at 27 minutes after midnight, Fremont officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Ohio Street for a disturbance. Officers determined the complaint to be valid, resulting in the arrest of 34-year-old Brian D. Fields of Fremont for 3rd Degree Domestic Assault.
At 1:53 this morning, officers were dispatched to the area of 12th and D Street reference an earlier trespassing complaint. Contact was made with Eric A. Jackson, 36, of Fremont. A knife was discovered on his person. Jackson was arrested for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.
