Union Bank & Trust of Lincoln spoiled the season debut Tuesday for the First State Bank Seniors.

Max Bugbee hit a three-run home run in the first inning to spark Union Bank to a 6-4 victory.

Colin Ridder tripled and doubled for FSB. He also scored two runs. Jackson Cyza doubled and singled while knocking in two runs. He also scored twice.

Jariel Ortiz-Garcia went 2-for-3 with a RBI while Landon Schurman had a single and one RBI. Cooper Weitzel added a double.

Dom Escovedo took the loss. He allowed six runs on six hits and four walks while striking out one in three innings. Logan Eggen scattered four hits in four innings of scoreless relief.
