A David City man was arrested at about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday following a disturbance in the 700 block of North Broad Street.
Braeden J. Ostermeier, 25, was arrested for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, possession of a controlled Substance and obstruction of a peace officer.
