Fremont police responded at 10:50 Thanksgiving night to the 200 block of North Drive for a property damage accident.
As a result of that investigation, Marcos Castro Miranda, 20, of Fremont was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, no operator’s license and willful reckless driving.
