A Fremont man faces several charges following an incident Friday night in the 1000 block of North Grant Street.
Police responded at about 10:33 p.m. in reference to a verbal disturbance. Officers were notified that an individual inside the residence was screaming at people, breaking items and then had gone outside trying to hurt someone.
The individual was identified as Hector D. Martinez, 38, of Fremont. He was arrested for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, criminal mischief and third-degree assault by intimidation.
