Donna Rae Ranta, 83, of Lincoln passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2022, at St. Joseph Villa in Omaha. She was born July 24, 1939, in Craig to Harry “Carl” and Stella (Cannady) Conklin.
Donna grew up in Omaha, lived also in Maple, Wisconsin, before moving to Lincoln. Donna married Ron Ranta in 1962 in Omaha. She worked in the banking industry for over 40 years. Donna was a huge Green Bay Packers fan.
She is survived by her sister, Lila (George) Maslonka of Lincoln; brother, Wes (Arlene) Conklin of Fremont; and several nieces and nephews.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters, Beverly Tranmer and Evelyn Potter; brothers, Duane, Donald, Douglas and Jack Conklin; special aunt and uncle Leila (Joe) Mangan.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2022 at Moser Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Moser’s. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Fremont. Online condolences may be left at www.mosermemorialchapels.com.
