In honor of the holiday season, Midland University Arts will be hosting a pair of events in the Fremont community in December.
The Midland University Clef Dwellers a cappella ensemble will host a Merry Clef-mas and Happy Blue Year on Dec. 1 at Milady Coffeehouse. Performances will take place at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Admission is free.
Midland University’s annual Colors of Christmas concert will take place at 2 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Wikert Event Center. The event is free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted to support The Bridge, an organization that helps domestic abuse victims in the Fremont area.
There will be a collection of Christmas classics, along with some new holiday songs. Colors of Christmas will showcase multiple ensembles from the Midland University Arts Department. Featured acts will include the Clef Dwellers, BlueNotes, jazz ensemble, Midland University choir, Midland Premier Dance Company, and more.
