The First State Bank Juniors finished 2nd Sunday in the Elkhorn Firecracker Classic. Play began Friday and continued thru Sunday. Friday FSB Juniors started off the tourney, defeating Lincoln SE, 12-2. In Game 2 Friday, Fremont defeated the Elkhorn Juniors, 6-1. Saturday , they moved on to the Championship with an 11-3 win over Omaha Burke.
Sunday, the FSB Juniors fell to Millard North in the Championship, 5-0. Their next games will be a double header at home on Wednesday, the 29th, against South Sioux City.
