An Alabama man faces various charges from an incident Sunday afternoon.
Fremont police were dispatched at about 3:15 p.m. to the area of 23rd and Milton Streets for a personal injury accident.
As a result of the investigation, Thomas Martinez, 60, of Killen was arrested for DUI (3rd), refusal of chemical test and refusal of a preliminary breath test.
