Fremont police responded to the 3000 block of Dawn Drive at 11:14 Monday morning in reference to a man yelling and screaming.
Officers identified the man as 24-year-old Josue Hirales of Fremont. The police also had contact with 30-year-old Brittney A. Hirales of Fremont. An investigation was conducted and both were jailed and charged.
Josue A. Hirales was charged with:
Possession of a controlled substance-concentrated THC, unlawful acts relating to drugs (wax), child neglect, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
Brittney A. Hirales was charged with:
Disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, child abuse/neglect, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, possession of controlled substance (THC wax), unlawful acts relating to drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
