At 12:06 Tuesday morning, Fremont police officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of East 12th Street for a trespassing complaint.
Officers contacted 31-year-old Terrance N. Allen of Iowa who was refusing to leave the residence. After multiple failed attempts to get Allen to leave the residence, he was placed under arrest for second-degree trespass.
