Sammi J. Osterlund age 69 of Fremont, Nebraska passed away Monday, January 10, 2022 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont.
Sammi was born December 26, 1952 in Carroll, Iowa to Louis and Mary Margaret (Higgins) Osterlund. She grew up at Vail, Iowa, lived in Omaha, NE and finally Fremont, NE for over 40 years. She worked in the shipping department at Hormel in Fremont for 37 years.
She was a Chicago Cub fanatic and also enjoyed going to the horse races and was very lucky Larry said.
Survived by significant other, Larry Pullen of Fremont; stepmother, Pat Osterlund of Vail, IA; brothers, Robert (Christine) Osterlund of Lawrence, Kansas and Chris Osterlund of Carroll, IA; and sister, Marilyn Swanson of Minneapolis, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Steven Osterlund.
A Celebration of Life service will be in the near future. Interment will be at Forrest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha.
