A Fremont man was cited at about 8:30 Sunday night on suspicion of criminal mischief following a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 700 block of Empire Avenue.
David MP Isaacs, 25, is accused of breaking the handle off of the driver’s door of a vehicle during the disturbance. The estimated value of the vehicle handle is $100.
