Multiple media outlets are reporting that Nebraska Athletic Director Bill Moos’ tenure with the Huskers has ended.
The reason for Moos’ departure is unknown.
Moos was originally hired in 2017. He was responsible for hiring several head coaches, including Scott Frost for football, Fred Hoiberg for men’s basketball and Will Bolt for baseball. His contract was to run through Dec. 31, 2022.
The 70-year-old Moo’s administration career included stops at Montana and Oregon. He came to Lincoln following a seven-year stint at Washington State.
