The Fremont Police Department is investigating a pair of damage to property complaints.
At 12:40 Tuesday afternoon, a complaint was made at a residence in the 400 block of north Downing Street.
Reported damaged were two vehicles that had been parked and unoccupied in front of the residence overnight. It appeared as someone “keyed” the driver’s side of both vehicles, causing an estimated $700 in damage.
At 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, a complaint was made at a residence in the 2000 block of north C Street.
Reported damaged was the windshield and driver’s door frame of a vehicle that had been parked and unoccupied in front of the residence overnight. It appeared someone struck the vehicle with a bat or similar object. Estimated damage is $1,400.
