FPD investigating weekend incidents

The Fremont Police Department is investigating several incidents from the past three days.
At about 10:45 Friday morning, Donna L. Bouwers, 33, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance (methamphetamine) in the 300 block of East Linden Avenue.
Also on Friday, at about 8:10 p.m., Rebecca De Luna, 60, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of drinking on public property and littering after officers were called to a city park in the 2800 block of North Wyoming Street where it was reported she was drinking.
At about 1:15 Saturday morning, Tanner Jo S. Massey, 23, of Topeka, Kan., was arrested on suspicion of obstruction after he allegedly told officers he was the driver of a vehicle involved in a single-car accident in the 1800 block of North Park Avenue.
Massey allegedly told officers he was driving so that an acquaintance would not get into trouble. McKenzi J. Bayliff, 20, of Hooper was ultimately identified as the driver of the car involved. She was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Also on Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Victor M. Garcia-Pinto, 42, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of terroristic threats and assault after he allegedly threatened an acquaintance with a knife during a disturbance in the 800 block of South Broad Street.
Later on Sunday, at 8:05 p.m., Ezequiel Jose JR Zavala, 19, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of disturbing the peace following a disturbance at a restaurant in the 500 block of East 23rd Street. He is accused of shouting profanities and throwing merchandise at the staff.
At approximately 1:30 Sunday morning, Aliyah R. Rincon, 19, of Granada Hills, Calif., and Tamia M. Alexander, 19, of Breaux Bridge, La., were cited on suspicion of assault following a fight disturbance complaint in the 800 block of East 10th Street.
At 6:15 Sunday night, Mitchell L. Ruppert, 24, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of second-degree trespassing and criminal mischief following a complaint at a residence in the 900 block of North I Street. Ruppert is accused of entering the residence without permission and causing damage to furniture once inside.
