FREMONT – Over the weekend, Fremont Police arrested two individuals in separate incidents due to violations of protection orders.
On Friday, February 19, at approximately 9:15 am, James D. Goar, 37, of Fremont, was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order in the 1600 block of north Nye Avenue.
Following his arrest, a vape pen with suspected THC wax was found on his person and he was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance.
On Sunday, February 21, at approximately 9:05 am, Dominic V. Tilson, 28, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order after he was observed at a residence in the 700 block of north Union Street where he is prohibited from being.
