FREMONT – At approximately 6:25 am this morning, a vehicle was reported stolen from a residence in the 1600 block of north Pebble Street.
The vehicle is described as a champagne-colored, 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 4-door pickup, bearing Nebraska plate 54030A. The vehicle is equipped with a 7 ½ foot wide snowplow on the front.
The vehicle is believed to have been stolen sometime between 8:15 pm on Tuesday, and 6:05 am on Wednesday. The estimated value of the pickup is $5,000.
Fremont Police also received a shoplifting complaint Tuesday evening at a business in the 2700 block of east 23rd Avenue north.
It was reported that a white male, believed to be in his early 20’s, ran out of the store with a green colored Titanium Plasma Cutter valued at approximately $800. The male was observed getting into a newer blue colored Chevrolet Malibu occupied by two other people before leaving the scene.
