3RPHD COVID-19 Risk Dials Near Severe Risk Category

The COVID-19 Community Risk Dials for the Three Rivers Public Health Department (3RPHD) jurisdiction of Dodge, Washington, and Saunders counties has been updated for the week.\
The risk dials are each separated into four categories.

  • Low (green):0.0-0.5
  • Moderate (yellow): 0.5-2.0
  • High (orange): 2.0-3.5
  • Severe (red): 3.5-4.0

3RPHD Jurisdiction:

  • 3.43 Current Week
  • 3.25 Previous Week

Dodge County:

  • 3.43 Current Week
  • 3.25 Previous Week

Saunders County:

  • 3.43 Current Week
  • 3.38 Previous Week

Washington County

  • 3.43 Current Week
  • 3.25 Previous Week

This week the 3RPHD jurisdiction increased to 3.43 due to an increase in the number of cases, increase in community spread, increase in usage of ventilators, decrease in ICU bed availability, and an increase in regional hospitalizations due to COVID-19.
“Our total case count is 4,975 cases, during the past seven days we had 584 new cases and during the last 14 days we have had 1,223 new cases,” said Terra Uhing, Executive Director of Three Rivers Public Health Department.
Please avoid the 3 C’s—Crowded Places, Confined Spaces, and Close Contact.
