FREMONT – A few topics, including another round of Sunday morning power outages, the last Joint Law Enforcement Center public meeting, and Nebraska’s revised Directed Health Measures, were on the slate to cover during Bob’s weekly interview with City Administrator, Brian Newton.
Some Fremont homes were without power on Sunday morning, as the area received its first taste of winter weather. So, what caused the early Sunday morning power outages in Fremont? Bob Flittie asked City Administrator Brian Newton to explain.

 
The public will have a final opportunity to learn first-hand about the proposed City-County Joint Law Enforcement Center, this Thursday evening at 6:30. Brian Newton hopes it will be able to be held at the newly remodeled City Auditorium:

 
 
Last Friday, Governor Ricketts announced a more restrictive Directed Health Measure (DHM) because of increases in coronavirus cases and hospitalizations. That prompted Fremont officials to review bookings oft Christensen Field, as Brian Newton explains:
