FREMONT – Fremont, Bergan and Arlington volleyball teams took to the court last night.
Fremont High hosted Kearney at Al Bahe Gymnasium. The Bearcats earned the victory three games to one, 25-17, 26-24, 17-25, 25-23. Lilly Novacek led Kearney with 18 kills. Fremont was paced by Mya Bolden, Elise Estudillo and Grace Williams with nine kills each. Kearney is 5-1 on the season and will host the Kearney Invite, Saturday. Fremont is 6-4 and will play at the Bellevue East Invite, Saturday.
Bergan defeated Arlington 25-13: 25-20: 25-11
Lauren Baker had nine kills and Rebecca Baker had 20 set assists. Summer Bojanski had nine digs. Bergan is 6-2 on the season.
Blair was defeated by Waverly three games to zero; 25-10, 25-13, 25-16.
