FREMONT – On Thursday, September 3, 2020, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office took a theft report of mislaid property.
A green First Tactical backpack, valued at $50, was inadvertently left in a parking area at the Fremont State Lakes on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, and upon returning to the area, the item was not located.
The backpack contained a Beretta 9mm handgun in a holster, valued at $500, and a wallet containing the victim’s driver’s license, credit cards, and a debit card.
