FREMONT – The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an overnight theft of medical supplies that occurred this week at a popular camping area.
On Monday morning, the DCSO took a theft report at the Fremont Lakes SRA after a campsite had been burglarized. Sometime between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. in the overnight Sunday-Monday hours, an unknown person or persons entered a campsite in the park, stealing insulin and syringes, a blood sugar tester, approximately $200 in cash and the victim’s ID card. The estimated loss was $1,033.00
