FREMONT – Local baseball league action continues on Thursday night, with the Legion Juniors, Seniors and Reserve teams playing opponents from Lincoln & Elkhorn. Meanwhile, the Dodge County Baseball League continues regular season play.
Legion Jr & Srs
The First State Bank American Legion juniors and seniors take on Union Bank and Trust (Lincoln Pius X), tonight at Sherman Field in Lincoln. The juniors game is at 5:00, with the seniors game at 7:30. The seniors game will be broadcast on Big Dog Country 98.9 FM and 1340 AM.
The First State Bank Reserve Legion plays at home tonight at Novak Field, in the Schilke Complex, versus Elkhorn South. First pitch is 6:30pm.
Dodge County Baseball League
In Dodge County Baseball League action last night, Wahoo defeated Blair, 11-1, in seven innings. Tonight, Dodge plays at West Point, Arlington is at Scribner and Leigh/Schuyler plays at North Bend.
