FREMONT- On Thursday, July 9, at approximately 3:00 AM, Fremont Police were dispatched to a business in the 700 block of north Broad Street where it was reported Jonathan C. Huff, 38, of Fremont, was passed out in a vehicle.
From there, Fremont police officers arrested Huff on suspicion of possessing controlled substances. (methamphetamine and diazepam)
