12 New COVID-19 Cases in Dodge County; 78 Total

FREMONT – Three Rivers Public Health Department (3RPHD) has identified 12 additional cases of COVID-19.   
All 12 new cases are Dodge County residents.  The contact investigations have been initiated for all 12 cases.  Close contacts will be notified directly by the health department, and will be asked to self-quarantine.   
The positive cases consist of the following: 
4/30/2020 – 6 new cases

  • Female in her 40s 
  • Male in his 30s 
  • Female in her 40s 
  • Male in his 40s 
  • Female in her 20s 
  • Male in his 50s 

5/1/2020 – 6 new cases 

  • Male in his 40s 
  • Female in her 30s 
  • Male in his 20s 
  • Male in his 20s 
  • Male in his 30s 
  • Female in her 30s 

Assume that COVID-19 is present in all our communities and conduct yourself accordingly.  Dodge County now has 78 cases, Washington County has 22 cases and Saunders County has 10 cases. This brings the 3RPHD health jurisdiction total to 110 cases.   
The state of Nebraska now has nearly 4,900 cases of COVID-19 infection. 73 Nebraskans have died.
