It took about 18 hours, over 105 miles, but Fremont Family YMCA Board Member, Adam Monke, completed the WH(Y) Run last Friday through rain and wind.
Beginning at the Fremont YMCA at 4am, running to the Downtown Lincoln YMCA and back, this was a 105 mile round trip – ran in just one day. Monke helped raise funds for the Fremont YMCA. After the run, Monke talked about why this event took place:

Using social distancing to stay 6 feet apart between non-household groups, nearly 100 people welcomed Monke back to the Fremont YMCA on Friday night at 10:30pm.
