FREMONT- On Wednesday, April 22nd, at approximately 10:25 PM, Todd L. Martin, 42, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs following a traffic stop in the 500 block of east 4th Street.
Martin was stopped by an officer investigating a theft complaint in which Martin was the suspect. Martin attempted to run from his car but was apprehended. He showed signs consistent with being impaired and was arrested. Martin was also charged with driving with a revoked license, driving without an interlock device, and obstructing a peace officer.
