FPD Makes Two Arrests Tuesday Evening

FREMONT- The Fremont Police Department had a busy night Tuesday, April 21st, making two arrests involving outstanding arrest warrants and drug paraphernalia. 
At approximately 7:00 PM, Jonathan C. Baier, 41, of Fremont, was arrested on two outstanding Dodge County arrest warrants after he was contacted by an officer who observed Baier and a female acquaintance arguing in the 2300 block of north Nye Avenue. 
After Baier was placed under arrest for the warrants, a search incident yielded a pipe containing a residue that later tested positive for methamphetamine.  Baier was also charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth). 
At approximately 9:10 PM, Ryan M. Bahrs, 42, of Fremont, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing following a complaint at a residence in the 1000 block of north D Street.
Allegedly, Bahrs had previously been told he was not welcome at the residence. Following his arrest, a search incident yielded a pipe containing a small amount of marijuana. Bahrs was additionally charged with disturbing the peace, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
