Judith A. “Judi” King, 78, of Fremont, NE, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont, NE. Judi was born September 16, 1941 in Garden Grove IA, to Quentin and Alice (Cartwright) Smith. She grew up in Des Moines, IA, until moving to Fremont, NE where she has resided for the past 54 years. Judi worked at the Corner Bar and Walmart for many years. She was a Eagles Club Auxiliary member.
Survivors are her three sons, Mark Carey of Omaha, NE, Steven (Lisa) Carey of Wahoo, NE, and James (Ruth) Carey of Fremont, NE.; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 1 sister.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
