The final roster for the U.S. Women’s Volleyball team has been set, and three former Huskers made the cut.

Two-time Olympic medalist and Hooper, Nebraska native Jordan Larson will serve as the team captain and as an outside hitter. Fellow former Husker Kelsey Robinson will be an outside hitter as well. Justine Wong-Orantes will be one of the liberos.

The U.S. Women’s team opens the inagural FIVB Volleyball Nations League May 15-17th at the Devaney Center. Larson says Devaney will provide the perfect atmosphere for this event.

Nebraska hosted a 2016 Olympic qualifying event at Pinnacle Bank Arena in January two years ago.

Orantes has many fond memories of playing on Nebraska’s home floor, and hopes to make more later this month.
