Omaha Women Can’t Hold Kansas State

The Omaha women’s basketball dropped a 61-46 decision to Kansas State on Monday at Bramlage Coliseum.

Freshman Elena Pilakouta finished with a team-high 10 points on 5-of-11 shooting from the floor.  She added five rebounds and two blocks.  Sophomore Claire Killian added seven points, four rebounds and three steals.  Freshman Mariah Murdie chipped in seven points and three boards.  Freshman Sophie Johnston scored six points and grabbed four rebounds.

Omaha returns to action against C-SUN on Friday, Nov. 16.  Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. at Baxter Arena.
