Behind a goal in the 76th minute from senior Jaylin Bosak, the Creighton women’s soccer team collected a 1-0 victory over Seton Hall on Thursday, Oct. 24th.

The win lifted the Bluejays to 8-6-2 on the season and 2-3-2 in BIG EAST play, while Seton Hall fell to 1-12-1 overall and 0-7-0 in BIG EAST action.

The Bluejays stay out east for another match this weekend, returning to the pitch on Sunday, Oct. 27th as Creighton battles St. John’s at 12:00 pm in Queens, N.Y.

 Despite a scoreless first half, Omaha and South Dakota combined for six goals in the second half as the Maverick women’s soccer team fell 4-2 on Thursday afternoon to the Coyotes in Vermillion, S.D.

The setback moves the Mavericks to 5-10-1 (2-4-0) while the Coyotes improve to 7-9-0 (2-3-0).

The Mavericks continue traveling north as Omaha battles North Dakota on Sunday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. in Grand Forks, N.D.
