Many athletes pushed through injuries and never once let it affect them during the performance,” said head coach Kayla Murray. “It amazes me how they turn it on each time they touch the mat. It’s truly humbling to coach these talented athletes. We are ready to put in some work over the next week to gear up for the GPAC conference championship next weekend.”

Midland will be back on the mats this next week as they look to defend their Great Plains Athletic Conference title on Saturday, February 15. The GPAC Championship will be held on the campus of Doane in Crete, Nebraska with competitions set for a 12:00 p.m. start.
