Jamrog to Give Midland Football Outlook at GPAC Media Day

The 20th annual Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Preseason Football Media Day will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, in South Sioux City, Nebraska, at the Delta Hotels South Sioux City Riverfront Conference Center in the Cardinal Room.

The first GPAC Football Media Day was held at Mahoney State Park in 2000.

Starting at 11:00am the GPAC football coaches will address the media with their 2019 outlook, followed by a question and answer period for each coach.  The event will conclude with the release of the 2019 GPAC football preseason coaches’ and media polls. Coaches will also be available for individual interviews during the break (around Noon) and following the press conference.

The GPAC football officials’ preseason rules clinic will be held in conjunction with Media Day events in the Conference Center galleries.  Also, the GPAC football coaches will conduct their preseason meeting that morning at 8am.  A joint rules update between the coaches and officials were occur at 9am.  There will be a meeting of the GPAC SID’s at 10am prior to the press conference.

The GPAC will be providing a live video stream of the press conference at 11am from South Sioux City, Nebraska, and the Delta Hotels South Sioux City Riverfront Conference Center.

Midland University’s Jeff Jamrog will be the ninth of the ten coaches to speak, Tuesday.
