The Nebraska swim and dive team began competition in the 2019 Big Ten Championships with two solid relay performances.
In the 200-yard medley, the Huskers (Haebig,Beeler, Posthuma, Helferich) posted a 10th-place finish with a time of 1:40.17. This is the sixth all-time fastest time for Nebraska.
The Big Red (Haebig, Worrall, Gonzalez, Flatt) finished ninth in the 800-yard freestyle coming in at 7:16.18.
Nebraska concludes session one at 10th place with 74 points. The Huskers will continue competition today for session two, which will begin at 10 a.m.
