FREMONT – The Nebraska football team signed 21 student athletes to national letters of intent yesterday, on the December signing day for future college football players.
Also added to the list of future talent was Archbishop Bergan lineman Eli Simonson, who committed as a preferred walk-on.
One of the athletes that signed was Jaden Francois, a 6-0 185 lb. cornerback from Homestead, Florida. Francois is one of seven athletes from the state of Florida, who signed with Nebraska. Francois talked about Florida kids going to Nebraska, and why:
