KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced their 2018 Daktronics-NAIA Women’s Golf Scholar-Athletes. There were 156 student-athletes named to the team with Midland University having four named to the list.
Amanda Wilms, Ashley Wilms, Paige Mestl, and Jessie Rehtus were named to the team for having above a 3.5 GPA.
In addition to having a 3.5 or higher grade point average, athletes had to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director and must have achieved junior academic status.
