Omaha Storm Chasers

Omaha catcher Cam Gallagher clubbed a three-run home run and shortstop Nicky Lopez tallied three hits, however longballs from Memphis first baseman Luke Voit and right fielder Adolis Garcia powered the Redbirds to a 6-3 win over the Storm Chasers on Thursday evening at Werner Park.

The Storm Chasers and Redbirds meet for the second game of their four-game series at Werner Park tonight, with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CT. Omaha is expected to give the ball to LHP Jake Kalish (3-3, 2.90), while Memphis is slated to send RHP Kevin Herget (5-6, 3.75) to the hill.

Lincoln Saltdogs

The Lincoln Saltdogs are back in action, after an off-day, yesterday, playing at Sioux City, tonight, versus the Explorers.  First pitch is 7:05pm.
