Weekend Updates from the FPD

FREMONT – The Fremont Police cited a man on suspicion of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Officers responded to the call around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday for 24-year-old Quintin Frazier. The citation followed a disturbance at a residence in the 1300 block of east Cuming Street.

Frazier appeared to be intoxicated and allegedly displayed a handgun during an argument. It didn’t appear Frazier had actually threatened anyone with bodily harm or to use the handgun.

In other police news:

Fremont Police was dispatched to a three-car property damage accident around 10:15 a.m. on Sunday. The accident occurred in the 400 block of Clarkson Street. Raymond Salcedo, 30, was cited on suspicion of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Witnesses described a white Dodge Ram pickup with no plates as having caused the accident and the driver fleeing the scene. A similar pickup was seen outside of a residence in the 300 block of north Maple Street and contact was made with Salcedo, who admitted he had been in a collision.
